Keynote: Customer Service

There are two different types of customers, internal and external.  The Golden Rule always prevails.  The ideas behind this keynote are about looking at what the specific qualities of excellent customer service are in today’s world.

How does customer service mirror one’s self esteem and the way he or she treats others?  What role does customer service have in the public sector, service sector, people helping people profession?  Is there anything more important than customer service in our lives? People will be left with the consistent questioning from the inside how they are doing in serving the folks around them and the importance of thinking through their strategy.
