Le’Angela IngramLeangela Ingram

Ms. Ingram develops and provides training and consultation and facilitation services for organizations across the federal sector as well as for private sector clients. Her areas of specialty include Leadership Development; Cultural and Workforce Diversity, Instructor Development; Team Building; Effective Meetings; Emotional Intelligence; Resilience, Change Management; Conflict Resolution,; Cross-Gender Communication and Sexual Harassment, Systems Thinking, Customer Service and Customer Relations; Stress Management; Mentoring, and Coaching. Ms Ingram is principal author of more than 35 curriculum packages in the above areas now in use across the United States, Africa, Afghanistan, and Japan. She is a field educator for EHDI.

Ms. Ingram holds a Bachelor Business Administration from Howard University and a Master Degree in Applied Behavioral Science -Organization/Human Resource Development from Johns Hopkins University, where she also completed two Hopkins Fellowships in Change Management and Women, Leadership and Change. She is certified by Williams Bridges, Leading Change, Toronto,CA , MBTI, and Emotional Intelligence- 360 Feedback, Otto Kroger Associates. Certificate as Sherpa coach.

Ann Rea is an Educator and Licensed Counselor with a specialty in reframing and expanding our perspectives.

Ms. Rea is dedicated to seeing to it that participants leave with practical tools that can make an immediate difference.  Everyone is encouraged to recognize their leadership role…that of being at the helm of their own healthier, more balanced life.

Training materials are confidently, enthusiastically and creatively presented with an “insiders” familiarity. With more than 30 years of field experience, Ann’s expertise includes mentoring individuals and groups in the value and the how-to of making Life Affirming choices.

Jeni ButterworthJeni Butterworth, MA

Jeni holds a Masters of Arts in Educational Psychology, Early Childhood Specialization, from California State University, Northridge. For more than twenty years, she has managed corporate-sponsored, nonprofit, church- and hospital-based early childhood education programs. Diversity training and its importance in the early childhood classroom environment is among the many training specialties Jeni enjoys. She has lead her early childhood education program to achieve NAEYC Accreditation and has consulted others to reach this quality milestone. A presenter at national and regional conferences, Jeni has taught early childhood program administration at Loyola Marymount University.


Frank LeitzmanFrank Leitzman
Field Educator

Frank Leitzman has over 10 years of experience as a transformational facilitator and coach. He is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is a certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). Frank began a financial career in 1993 in the heart of the US financial district training on Wall Street with one of the nation’s largest financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Advisor with a national Commodities Trading Advisor (CTA) firm, he brings over 19 years of strategic financial planning and tactical application expertise to his clients. Upon achieving his B.A. degree he was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force Reserve from the University of Southern California. He continued on to serve our country as an F-16 fighter pilot for over two decades.

Frank capitalizes on his years of experience as a professional aviator, financial advisor, coach and corporate trainer to evoke a genuine, heartfelt commitment within his clients as they successfully navigate their way to financial and personal success. Frank utilizes a unique comforting style that is easily understandable, comfortable and yet vibrantly empowering. Many of his clients refer to Frank as their “Possibility Coach!”

Lisa coaches exclusively with corporate clients in a group or individual setting. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. She is also a Certified Mediator and Certified Critical Incident Stress Management Professional. Her education and experience has allowed her to work over 15 years in upper management positions within the healthcare industry, managed care organizations, and establishing addiction programs for adults, youth, and children from coast-to-coast. Lisa’s passion and purpose is to empower others to set thrilling goals, breakthrough barriers, and to support them as they achieve a vibrant and fulfilled life. Lisa combines fierce honesty with loving compassion and her coaching and training sessions are known for being inspiring, informative, energetic and transformative.


Dean Strong, A.C.C., M.Div, M.B.A.Dean Strong
Leadership Coach and Organizational Consultant

Dean Strong is a leadership coach and organizational consultant with education and training in business, human behavior, organizational theory and ethics. He brings 30 years of experience helping individuals, teams and organizations successfully discern, negotiate and implement desired changes in behaviors and ethos.

His business experience includes management positions with a major grocery company, The Boeing Company, and leading southeastern commercial real estate developer. He is a co-founder of Property One, a regional commercial real estate management company. Dean has served as a chaplain at a regional medical trauma center, head of staff in an urban faith community and continues to serve the nonprofit community in governance, conflict resolution, parliamentary procedure and intergroup relations. Dean is a field educator with EHDI.

Dean is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation. He has pursued extensive post graduate work in marriage and family counseling, conflict mediation, organizational systems, leadership training, ethics and executive coaching. He is a Certified & Licensed CPP Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B Org Behavior Instrument, TKI (conflict instrument).

Debra is a successful entrepreneur since l987. Throughout the years of owning her own business, it became clear that Debra was delivering a foundation of support and encouragement that reached well beyond the scope of her business.

Debra’s ability to create a successful business is in part due to her fierce commitment and her business/finance background. To expand her impact, Debra trained and received certification through one of the oldest and most rigorous schools in the industry; Coaches Training Institute. Debra also holds accreditation through International Coaching Federation, the global governing organization for coaches. Debra is a trained Organization and Relationship System Coach as well.

In 2008, Debra transition to a full time coaching practice. Debra partners with success driven individuals in search of an extraordinary life. Debra’s intuitive ability, in addition to speaking directly and powerful to clients, creates extraordinary results.

Debra facilitates multi-dimensional workshops that are both innovative and easily integrated into personal and professional arenas. All workshops function from a ‘wisdom lives within’ model and participants gain skill sets that can be utilized immediately.
